Home Fitness Review - Gladiator Body Workout
The Gladiator Body Workout (GBW) is a home fitness program that combines training with dumbbells and body weight in very intense workouts. This is one of only 6 FitNesse home books written by coach Eddie Lomax.
What separates GBW's other fitness books is that it is one of the only programs that really teaches how to train with a minimum of equipment in the comfort of your own home. In addition, the workouts are quick, intense and very effective.
Coach Lomax enjoy "Anti-Bodybuilding" approach to training. I personally worked in a commercial gym for 6 months using the workouts I found in bodybuilding magazines. I got big, but I got bigger.
Traditional bodybuilding workouts only work for bodybuilders. We do the rest of us fat and slow. In addition, they are extremely annoying. In my quest to become a better athlete, I decided to download the Coach Lomax eBook and was literally blown away by the content.
GBW consists of 27 different programs for 4 weeks each. Each workout is unique and focuses on a different aspect of training. You have the general physical fitness, fat loss and strength training and size.
Coach Lomax also incorporates three high intensity workouts, including "Fury Towers" "Juggernaut" and "Utterly Nasty Training Interval Training". This is by far the most content I have seen someone give such a low price.
In addition to all this content, Coach Lomax also gives a special "Build Your Own" training that shows you how to create your own high intensity workouts at home. I really think this is one of the no frills products home fitness the most exclusive on the market today.
