Home Fitness Review - Gladiator Body Workout

The Gladiator Body Workout (GBW) is a home fitness program that combines training with dumbbells and body weight in very intense workouts. This is one of only 6 FitNesse home books written by coach Eddie Lomax. What separates GBW's other fitness books is that it is one of the only programs that really teaches how to train with a minimum of equipment in the comfort of your own home.
